About This Blog...


I am at a point in my life that I want and deserve to live a long, healthy and happy life.   

I also know that I am no longer in my twenties, let alone my thirties and have almost had my fill of my forties... 

There are foods, etc. I can not live without, and some I can.  

I do not want or need to be skinny-minnie either!  I just need to trim the fat just a tad and make a few changes in my LifeStyle! That's all.

Taking all of this into consideration...

It's back to the drawing board for me.  I will be Re-Designing My LifeStyle permanently so that I may live a long, healthy and happy life!

And guess what...?   I'm taking you along for the ride!'

I'll be sharing my exercise routines (realistic ones), my recipes, how to's and research.  I have many years experience in the dieting world (there are few diets I have NOT been on- lol,) and after having worked along side personal trainers, body builders and fitness models,  I have gained many tricks, tips and would like to share those as well.

Any comments, questions, advice or even join alongs a sincerely welcomed!
